Keeping this in mind the Institute has been organizing workshops, guest lectures, industrial tours & exercises in communication skills.

Personality Development Workshops
Under this programme the distinctive factors which reveal personality and techniques of sharpening the same to become an ideal manager are made known to the students.

ESL
Globalization requires uniformity and business needs progress. As human beings, we are dependent upon language and English is the world language. For the benefit of our students, we have introduced the concept of ESL classes. From the coming session, native speakers from US, UK, Canada and Australia, will teach English to our students. We are hopeful that this effort on our part will help in grooming as well as developing the personality of our students, or we should say future managers and business tycoons.

Foreign Language Courses
In the context of globalization where organizations and people move towards a border less world, communication become the catalyst for acceleration of global acceptance. The student can choose from Chinese/ French/ Japanese & German language courses which enhance their global acceptability.

Industrial Visits
As per the curriculum, the management students are taken for industrial visits with the objective of giving proper exposure. We will take our students to different industrial units for visit. From the coming session as we are going to send our students on an international educational trip that would include visit to local industry in the country visited by the students.
